House Rebuild After Tornado Damage

Reinst8 IT rebuilt five homes after a tornado caused severe damage. These units were also vandalised, adding to the complexity of the project. Each property received new kitchens, bathrooms, and double-glazed windows and doors. These upgrades modernised the homes and improved energy efficiency.

We also updated the electrical wiring and plumbing to meet safety standards. For the exteriors, we redesigned the front courtyards with new concrete that complied with council regulations. The rear courtyards now feature timber decking, fencing, and better drainage. To finish the project, we built new carports for five vehicles, adding practicality and style.
